Project Management has been applied since last century.
The initial approach was based on the stakeholders’ experience. Then, it gradually evolved into a standardized practice focused on strategy and governance based on two distinct paradigms: Traditional and Agile.
Since 2020, the essential concept perspective is agility-based governance through the integration of different potential strategies, according to each project’s environment.
